Terms And Project Boundaries

These terms set practical expectations for quote-first local operations, workflow, and fabrication work. They are not an engineering certification or a promise that any request has been accepted.

Quote-First Work

HPFS reviews requests case by case. Sending a form, message, sketch, or file does not book work, place an order, or authorize a charge. HPFS and the customer agree on scope, materials, price, timing, and handoff in writing before work begins.

Current Shop Scope

  • Custom parts and fabrication, automotive design and non-safety-critical custom work, and business applications for local people and businesses.
  • ASA is the baseline for finished rigid printed parts. Specialty materials are selected and agreed around the actual use case.
  • Part size, material, fabrication method, installation, and delivery options are reviewed for the actual project.

Declined Or Restricted Work

  • No firearm parts or regulated components, including receivers, suppressors, magazines, or fire-control parts.
  • No copies of branded, patented, copyrighted, proprietary, or trademarked parts unless the customer has the rights or permission.
  • No medical, food-contact, life-safety, lifting, vehicle safety, pressure, electrical, code-required, or certified engineering work under this current offering.

Customer Responsibility

Customers should describe the real use environment, workflow, loads, heat, wear, fit requirements, and failure risk. HPFS may decline work when material limits, rights concerns, safety concerns, schedule, or available shop capacity make a request a poor fit.

Files And Rights

Please share only files, photos, scans, or reference parts you have permission to use. Do not send confidential or proprietary material through the first-contact form. Any special confidentiality or reuse terms must be agreed in writing before that work begins.

Project Capacity

HPFS has limited capacity. Requests may be quoted, scheduled later, waitlisted, revised, or declined. Timing is discussed for each project and confirmed in writing before work begins.
